Founders of WEALTH STRONG have been the driving force in the development of the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL COACH BOARD OF GOVERNERS. This board is responsible and dedicated to for upholding the high standards and ethics of the Certified Financial Coach. The CFC-Board of Governors is the governing body that grants the licensing of Certified Financial Coaches internationally. (see 1 below)
WEALTH STRONG International, Inc. was founded on the principles of the not-for-profit organization, Financial Independence Foundation Educators (FIFE); an organization dedicated to helping people develop strength and independence by becoming conscious about their relationship with money. The foundation's focus includes educating and developing ways in which low income communities can use complementary and alternative currencies to create and develop a wealth economy when traditional methods do not work. (see 2 below)
A large part of the work we are dedicated to builds on our commitment to serving as a resource for both the CFC-Board of Governors and FIFE. To serve this purpose WEALTH STRONG's Key Objectives include:
- Promoting deep, lasting change for individuals in their relationship to wealth and money, resulting in increased confidence & understanding, better choices for effective actions, development of strong & empowering habits, and a sense of fulfillment and interconnectedness.
- Through its proprietary tools, systems and training programs; supporting individuals to develop a relationship of strength and confidence in their relationship with money and wealth.
- Aiding financial coaches and affiliated professionals in providing services that help individuals change the way they think, act and feel about money, (allowing them to harness the energy of money instead of having money define and drive them).
- Training and developing financial and coaching professionals who support individuals through transforming their understanding, appreciation and management of wealth.
- Developing a resource of professional affiliates who understand the financial coaching environment, have a comprehensive approach to financial planning, and are held to elevated standards of expertise and ethics.
1 CERTIFIED FINANCIAL COACH Board of Governors provides certification, standards, regulation and oversight for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL COACH mark. The CERTIFIED FINANCIAL COACH Board of Governors serves at the discretion of the Executive Board of the WEALTH STRONG International and with the advisory guidance of FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE FOUNDATION EDUCATORS, a nonprofit corporation registered in the state of Colorado.
2 FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE FOUNDATION EDUCATORS: The purpose of Financial Independence Foundation Educators is to apply the knowledge of philosophy, linguistics, psychology and finance to assist individuals, families and groups to observe, plan and act purposefully, responsibly and effectively to reduce suffering within the domain of money and focus on helping them develop a positive relationship with money and, with it, a new way of relating in all areas of life.

Evonne Ryan, CEO WEALTH STRONG International, Inc. CFC-RTM, CEPTM , AIF®
Evonne Ryan sees her work to educate and coach people in the area of financial enlightenment as her primary focus in life. Evonne's work in the financial industry has helped clients find clarity, focus, ease and grace around financial issues. Evonne is the founder of the Certified Financial Coach program and also serves as WEALTH STRONG International's CEO. Evonne also serves as a board member for WEALTH STRONG 's four subsidaries.
Evonne has worked on pocketbook issues for over three decades. She started her career as a financial professional by becoming a stockbroker with Edward D. Jones & Co in 1990. Her work in the securities industry continued as she moved to becoming a Registered Securities Principal with Series 24, 7, 63, 65, and health and life insurance licenses with SunAmerica Securities, ProEquities, Inc and NFP Securities.
WIth over 18 years of financial experience, Evonne put aside her securties licenses in 2008 to take over as WEALTH STRONG's CEO and to expand WEALTH STRONG's services to include her former firm FINANCIAL & TAX STRATEGIES, Inc. (FTS). By bringing FTS into WEALTH STRONG, the firm now has an independent RIA, committed to only giving advice and providing interpretation for WEALTH STRONG's various financial tools and dedicated to working directly for the benefit of consumers.
Evonne's certification as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, a Certified Estate PlannerTM, and her training in Coaching, Mediation and Conflict Management helps Evonne work with people in their relationship with money -- which can be one of the most stressful issues people face. As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, she is keenly aware of the necessity to protect the public interest.
Evonne's history as a teacher, director of a statewide non-profit group, lobbyest, and producer of financial television shows (Evonne is an Emmy Award and an ACE award winner) has demonstrated her dedication to the financial interests of her clients. Evonne's book "Changing More Than The Channel" was published in 1981. Evonne‘s passion is to help clients become financially and emotionally empowered through education, understanding and working with a team of financial and various other professionals dedicated to serving a client's financial needs.
ANN FELTEAU, Business Development Program Manager, WEALTH STRONG International, Inc.

Ann Felteau - COO of WEALTH STRONG International, Inc. Ann brings over 17 year experience driving business growth, managing organizational change and business operations. She brings an engineering foundation and over 12 years as a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
She had a critical role in U S WEST's $880M reengineering initiative, has built end to end processes for new organizations and start-ups and has managed operations in both Marketing and Engineering organizations.
During her time at McDATA Corporation, a storage area network engineering and manufacturing company, Ann managed their most critical product launches, 3 merger and acquisition announcements and integrated both their Marketing and Engineering organizations post acquisition.
Her management methodology and team building approach has helped companies achieve over $30M in incremental revenues through new promotions and programs and over 400% press coverage improvements. She is also currently President and Principal consultant of Cocura Management Services, providing solutions to her clients in high tech., healthcare, financial and government. Ann holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota, a masters' certificate in program management from the University of Denver and has maintained PMP certification with the Project Management Institute since 1996.
Greg Turner –CTO WEALTH STRONG International, Inc. and SDK PROJECT Director for WEALTH S
TRONG Development, Inc
Coming out of retirement to head our specialized SDK project built on WEALTH STRONG’s WIN-Score model, Greg brings over 25 years of programming experience to WEALTH STRONG. From 2000 - 2005, Greg built and sold ArtisTech, Inc. www.artistech.com based on his background in developing software for military and defense systems using mapping, GIS, GPS, Database and web technologies.
Prior to this, Greg worked for five years at SAIC www.saic.com developing software systems. He spent 12 years at the Army Research Lab working on the development of 3D graphics resolution and parallel procedural systems.
Greg has extensive knowledge of AI (Artificial Intelligence) as a result of his work at MIT, Georgia Tech and Ohio State University, and has a Masters of Computer Science from John Hopkins University
Doug Williams CFO/Controller WEALTH STRONG International, Inc.
Doug has served as CFO/Controller for two start-up software companies. He directed all financial management functions at ArtisTech, Inc., a software development company focused on advanced applications for the US government.
During his tenure he administered all financial management systems in a period of 100% staff and revenue growth. Collection and analysis of financial data was automated, allowing for the financial team to focus on strategic objectives. In addition, he monitored ledger transactions and ensured regulatory compliance.
Prior to this, Doug carried out business development efforts for two Fortune 500 companies, Qwest Communications and Boeing. He holds a bachelors degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Colorado and an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University.
Terrie Lupberger – Vice President, WEALTH STRONG International, Inc. 
Terrie Lupberger is CEO of Newfield Network since 2000. As co-founder, Terrie was instrumental in positioning Newfield as an internationally recognized leader in learning methodologies, producing transformational coaching programs in the US and ten other countries.
Terrie joined Julio Olalla to pioneer Ontological Coaching™, a co-generative process between coach and client that aims to shift the way the client sees and takes action in their personal and professional life.
Terrie is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and has been coaching senior executives and other individuals since 1994. She has served on the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has been a member of the ICF Credentialing Committee since 2002. Terrie's coaching clients have included the World Bank, NASA, Proctor and Gamble and American Express.
Renee Freedman– Vice President, Director of Organizational Integration, WEALTH STRONG International, Inc.
As the president of Renee Freedman & Company, Renee is highly respected for her mastery at relationship building for individual clients, organizations with a history of opposition, and across domains.
As a Professional Certified Coach, she has worked with organizations including More Than Money (as Director of Coaching), American Eagle Airlines, LA Law Library, Lodmell & Lodmell (estate planning and asset protection), Harnisch Family Foundation, Modern Language Association, and The Philanthropy Initiative (TPI). Renee serves on the board of directors of the Coach Approach and the advisory board of the Harnisch Family Foundation. She has been program coach for Newfield Network since 2004 in its basic and CEO coach training programs.
Renee has a strong background in coaching issues of wealth, collaboration, executive decision-making, and visionary pursuits. Renee participates in professional training through the Newfield Network (basic, advanced, and CEO ontological programs), the Fielding Institute, New Ventures West, Integral Institute, and Spiral Dynamics Integral. She is certified by Newfield Network (NCOC™) and the International Coach Federation.
Mike Hartmann CPA, Treasurer, WEALTH STRONG International, Inc., Director of Financial Research, WEALTH STRONG Development, Inc.
Mike Hartmann has a history of success as a financial professional, a program developer and the creator of innovative programs to help individuals strategize and make the most of their monetary resources. As a CPA with a Masters in Tax, Mike has operated full accounting and financial firms.
From 1999 to 2003, Mike was Senior Systems developer for Max Logic, Inc. In this position, Mike gathered requirements, designed, coded and delivered mission critical applications to various clients, delivered solutions including security selection system, compliance monitoring, as well as extensive web enabled database reporting solutions, designed data structure and implemented interface programs for data acquisition, transformation and reconciliation, integrating various data sources between automated trading system and back office accounting software. Mike designed and developed e-commerce reporting and analysis solution for a NYSE traded major retailer and developed an automated fundamental securities data acquisition system and integrated proprietary research database. Mike also designed and implemented retail e-commerce applications, including integration of on-line credit card processing and secure electronic fulfillment.
Prior to his work with Max Logic, Mike managed over $35,000,000 in client funds with full discretionary authority. He analyzed investment opportunities and determined appropriate risk/reward parameters for investment accounts and designed, tested, implemented and administrated cutting edge artificial intelligence market forecasting software models for both end of day and intraday market forecasts. With that model he earned MONIResearch’s Best Performing Time Manager of the Year distinction in 1997.
